What this means in practice
- We do not sell your personal information to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration.
- We do not share your personal information for targeted advertising or behavioral profiling across other businesses' sites and apps.
- The only third parties that receive your personal information are the sub-processors listed in our Privacy Policy, and only as necessary to deliver the Services you request.
Your CCPA rights
Even though we do not sell or share personal information, as a California resident you have additional rights under the CCPA, including:
- Right to know. Request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
- Right to delete. Request deletion of personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.
- Right to correct. Request correction of inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
- Right to limit use of sensitive personal information. Request that we limit our use of sensitive personal information to what is necessary to deliver the Services.
- Right to non-discrimination. Exercise these rights without receiving discriminatory treatment.
How to exercise your rights
Send a verifiable request to [email protected] with the subject line “CCPA Request.” Include enough information for us to identify your record and the specific right you wish to exercise. We will respond within forty-five days, with one possible forty-five-day extension as permitted by law.
Authorized agents
You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We will require the agent to provide proof of authorization and may require you to verify your identity directly before completing the request.
