1. Program name and purpose

Program: Deep AI Solutions customer-care and account notifications. Messages relate to the AI visibility audit, scan, or program you asked about: a welcome or thank-you text after you opt in, answers to questions you asked us, a link you requested (a free AI visibility scan, our free AI Visibility 101 guide, or a secure payment link for an audit you chose to purchase), and confirmations of callbacks or appointments you scheduled with us.

Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. We do not send marketing blasts, and we do not text numbers we obtained from lists.

3. Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies and depends on what you ask for. Most people receive one to three messages around a call or purchase.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
